Prompt 16. Write a goodbye poem.

PROMPT 16 A Sparkly Snowflake Goodbye Poem …..

PROMPT 16     A Sparkly Snowflake Goodbye …..

Sand between my feet
Goodbye
Hot surface
Goodbye
Jumping waves
Goodbye
Pushed under the water
Goodbye
Sun beating down
Goodbye
High tide blue
Goodbye
sea weed floating

Goodbye
Fun….
Goodbye to each one of thee
We’re floating off
Snowflakes
Sparkly….

Boots ….

Wear them when it’s cold
On the ski slopes when you’re bold
Wear them to your school
That would be pretty cool
Wear them on a galloping horse
That would work of course
Wear them with heels high
To a fancy restaurant in the sky
Wear boots here or there
You can wear them anywhere

This poem was a complete collaboration among the three snowflakes - the eldest snowflake added rhyming endings to the supplied words and Halle Lynn added the final line as written.  Rori Cate recuperating from a fever approved the entire offering.

PROMPT 11. Write a poem about learning
